The 12th edition of the Annotated Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 includes:\n\n⢠the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 current at 1 February 2023;\n⢠annotations of Court and Tribunal decisions to 1 February 2023;\n⢠the current Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Regulations 2019 and Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Directions 2019.\n\nThe 12th edition contains an up-to-date discussion of recent litigation concerning the SRC Act, including âinjuryâ and âdiseaseâ following MRCC v May [2016] HCA 19 and\nWuth v Comcare [2022] FCAFC 42, âreasonable administrative action taken in a reasonable mannerâ, medical treatment, and construction of the approved Guide.
