Photographers Sjoerd Spendel & Lennart de Jong from Holland started the '365-Days' project on Tumblr. 'One photograph a day, for 365 days. The only rule: every picture must be in black & white.' Their aim was to improve their photography and capture the zeitgeist of their year. Three years on, their blog has attracted over 300,000 followers.
